Shipping & FAQ
We are an Australian company based in Sydney and currently only ship within Australia. We now offer Flat Rate $5.00 shipping AUSTRALIA WIDE.
Local pick up is available in South West Sydney. Please enter discount code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout. If discount code does not work please add a note at checkout "LOCALPICKUP". We will email you when your order is ready to arrange a time for collection in Horningsea Park.
How long will my order take? Please allow up to 8 - 14 days to receive your order as our candles are made to order. Candles are usually made and ready to ship within 3-5 days of payment (unless of busy periods), the rest is up to the post man. We do our best to get your goodies on their way to you as soon as possible. We will notify you of any delays. If you require the candle urgently please let us know so we can to our best to meet your needs.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases as items are made to order. We hope you understand. If by chance your order is received damaged please email us at email@example.com with photos so we can assess the matter and a replacement may need to be organised.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for potential stockists? Yes, we are always on the look out for new stockists all around Australia. Please get in touch with us via email with a short description of your needs and abit about your business/requirements, so i can send you the information.
Do you offer special orders/bulk order pricing for special occasions, weddings, christenings, baby showers etc? We would love to be part of your special day/event. Feel free to send us an email with your requirements and we will get back to you to discuss your event.
I'm trying to enter a Discount Code but also want to pick up my order, but it won't let me enter both codes? Unfortunately the system only allows for one discount code to be entered for a single transaction. Please make a note on your order that you will be picking it up and i will refund you the delivery charge when you collect the goods. Sorry for any inconvenience.
